Makes one, but a damn good one2 tablespoons butter 1 clove garlic, minced, crushed or chopped fine 2 slices sour dough breadEnough thinly sliced & heated pastrami to cover one piece of the bread2 slices cheddar cheese 2 slices jack, muenster, provolone whatever 1 tablespoon grainy Dijon mustard· Put butter and garlic in a small bowl - mix well· On one slice of bread, spread the mustard, 2 slices of cheese, the pastrami, the other slices of cheese and top with last slice of bread· Spread half the butter/garlic mixture on the bread and cook in a hot non-stick pan until golden brown· Butter top side, flip and continue cooking until the bottom is golden
