From the time that I was five years old, I knew I wanted to work in the home remodeling business. There I was, sitting under the desk in my Dad’s office, shuffling papers and acting like I was running my own company. Fast forward from there to 1991 when, at the age of 22, I opened Lars Construction. My focus was on creating and building great home remodels for my clients, and on improving the remodeling industry in San Diego. From that day forward, I’ve believed that I have the greatest job in the world.

Now celebrating 33 years in business, we’ve grown from Lars Construction to Lars Remodeling & Design. I’m proud of the team that I have assembled. We are always working to improve the processes in our company, and to ensure that every homeowner is treated like our one and only client. We are also very proud of the relationships we have created and maintained with our clients over the years.

As a husband and father of three, I understand the importance of family values, and we instill these values into our company culture as well. At Lars Remodeling & Design, we approach every employee and client as an extension of our family. This approach has been the secret to our success over the years, and has made working at Lars Remodeling & Design more rewarding than I could ever have imagined.
