I wanted to thank you and let you know how pleased I was with my experience with Lars Construction. My bathroom turned out to be better than I expected. I’ve gone through 5 remodel jobs in the last year and yours was by far the best experience I’ve had. Every one of your team treated me like a good friend. They were are very professional and never once did I feel like anything but their one and only client and that whatever I wanted or needed they would jump through hoops to make me happy.

Ed- Working with Ed was great. He explained the process from start to finish and when we’re in looking at making some changes he was able to keep our original budget in mind which he knew was important to us. I never felt like I was being “sold” anything. He gave me choices. This sales process was very refreshing and much appreciated. Thank you.

Laura- Working with Laura was also a great experience. She took us to the different locations and made great recommendations. When we wanted to pick our own stuff, she was very supportive and never made us feel like we “had” to go through a certain supplier. She had great communication with us and worked within our schedule. We loved having her help us design our bathroom and help with great ideas. When we changed the layout, in the beginning, she got together everyone so we could brainstorm on the best ideas and it was very much a team effort. The gentleman who did the design was also super. He worked quickly on our changes and provided us with a layout that was exactly what we envisioned with very minimal increase in cost. Very happy.

Brian- Working with Brian was awesome. He was very accommodating and his communication was excellent! If we had a question about something, he was Johnny on the spot to get it resolved. I never once felt like anything I asked was anything short of a “great question” and he made me feel like I was an important part of the team. Any concerns we had about the work was address quickly and above my expectations.

I really feel like I made friends with your team and will recommend Lars to all my friends and clients. Your company went well above my expectations. I couldn’t be happier.
